However, if you ever receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear pictures of the tampered package, before opening it further.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received – Policy ( W.E.From 01/07/26)

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must inform our Customer Support Team within 24 hours from the time the order is marked as delivered.

Important Points:
Customers are required to report such cases within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
After the 24-hour reporting window, our logistics partners are generally unable to investigate, verify, or process delivery disputes.
Claims reported after the specified timeline may not be eligible for resolution, replacement, or compensation, as they fall outside the logistics partner's investigation period.
We request all customers to check with family members, neighbors, security personnel, or reception before raising a complaint.
